The Mission
The IT Departement of this very important European Public Financial Institution carries out numerous projects to constantly improve and optimize the processes. The Senior Developer / Systems Design Specialist will play a key role in supporting innovation projects in Electronic Document & Records Management (EDRM, internally referred to as GED) and driving interoperability and integrations with Microsoft 365. The role focuses on replacing legacy customisations with cloud-compatible implementations, designing scalable solutions, and ensuring a seamless user experience on the EDRM platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement cloud-compatible solutions for EDRM (GED) interoperability and innovation projects.
  • Modernize and replace existing customisations with scalable, maintainable implementations.
  • Develop, configure, and extend the EDRM platform using SmartUI and modern programming languages.
  • Learn and apply AnswerModules frameworks to support new functionality (nice to have).
  • Work with Oscript to maintain or migrate legacy components.
  • Collaborate on M365 integrations (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook)
  • Support workflows, including signature workflows (e.g., DocuSign) as a plus.
  • Contribute to solution design and architecture discussions, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.
  • Work in an Agile / DevOps environment, with continuous delivery and improvement practices.
  • Document and share technical knowledge with colleagues and stakeholders.

Profile
Your Qualifications:

  • At least 8 years of extensive development experience
  • Strong background in modern programming languages (e.g., C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, or equivalent).
  • Hands-on experience with SmartUI development.
  • Ability to work with and gradually replace legacy Oscript customisations.
  • Strong problem-solving and independent working ability.
  • Knowledge of system interoperability and cloud architectures.
  • Experience in Agile / DevOps practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with AnswerModules framework.
  • Familiarity with signature workflows (e.g., DocuSign).
  • Previous experience in financial or institutional environments.
