What To Expect
The Planner S&OP will ensure smooth business operations and customer satisfaction by maintaining optimal inventory levels, avoiding stockouts that lead to lost sales or dissatisfied customers, while also minimizing the holding costs associated with excess stock, within the assigned area.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Coordinating the Demand Planning process and actively contributing to the Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) cycle.
- Leading the integration of tactical and operational decisions, including the S&OP process, to ensure stakeholder alignment and cross-functional collaboration.
- Executing short-term planning in relation to plants, including issuing production orders and prioritization, while ensuring alignment with the mid-term plan.
- Driving inventory management to meet defined targets, balancing demand and supply, maintaining E&O control, and ensuring inventory health.
- Continuously improving the planning process, developing and implementing KPIs, and measuring service level gaps to drive business performance and achieve targets.

Requirements And Preferred Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent with minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in Supply Chain (production planning, manufacturing environment)
- Strong understanding of Supply Chain Processes
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex planning concepts to less experienced stakeholders
- Understands end to end processes through Information Systems as well as Physical Flows
- Strong knowledge of relevant ERP systems
- Good proficiency in English
