Nous recherchons un(e) Demand Planner Junior pour l'un de nos clients industriels basé au Luxembourg.
Votre rôle : contribuer à l'élaboration des prévisions de vente, analyser les tendances et participer à l'amélioration continue du processus de planification.
Vos responsabilités:
- Participer à l'élaboration du forecast de ventes en analysant les données clients, historiques et tendances du marché.
Suivre la précision des prévisions (forecast accuracy) et contribuer aux actions correctives en cas d'écarts.
Préparer et consolider les reportings de planification et KPI destinés au management.
- Collaborer avec les équipes Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain et Procurement pour intégrer les promotions, lancements produits et capacités d'approvisionnement dans les prévisions.
Contribuer aux réunions S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning).
Participer à l'optimisation des outils, process et bases de données liés à la demande.
Veiller à la qualité des données dans les outils de prévision (SAP, Excel, PowerBI…).
Bachelor/Master en Supply Chain, Business, Statistiques, Économie ou domaine similaire.
Première expérience (min. 1–3 ans) en demand planning, supply planning, business analysis ou fonction analytique.
Aisance avec les données, Excel avancé et idéalement SAP/APO ou outils de forecasting. - Capacité à analyser, structurer et présenter vos conclusions de manière claire.
Très bonnes compétences en communication et coordination transverse.
Ouverture aux outils digitaux et aux nouvelles technologies (PowerBI, plateformes analytiques, etc.).
Langues : maîtrise professionnelle de l'allemand et de l'anglais. Le français ou l'italien sont un atout.
