An exciting and meaningful role within the important and growing Wealth Management segment of Deutsche Bank Luxembourg. You will have the chance to become the main and reliable contact for Senior Relationship Managers. Your goal is to maximize client satisfaction as well as establishing credibility and trust, maintaining the highest standards of personal and professional integrity. You will be in touch with our bank-internal specialists (products, credit, risk, legal, compliance, operations) and handle complex account related queries and execution of all tasks and processes of the life-cycle of a Wealth Management account. Responsibilities:

  • Support senior relationship managers from the Emerging Europe and Greece coverage team to identify new opportunities and undertaking research requests. Support with on-boarding new clients and the account opening processes.

  • Regularly interact with clients and their representatives during onboarding stage and KYC process. Be engaged with clients on a recurring basis for operational matters.

  • Consistently liaise with prospects and/or their representatives to identify and streamline document collection and submission for new on-boardings.

  • Assist in preparing client meetings and provide comprehensive overview about the bank, products and services. Draft Minutes when present in client meetings.

  • Support the team in providing ad hoc execution services of all kinds of transaction services requirements and product application processes: payments, deposits, loans, security transactions, statements.

  • Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance client services as well as support the relationship managers in ad hoc administrative tasks.

Skills:

  • Good problem-solving and communication skills, multitasking with attention to detail.

  • Strong teamwork and organizational skills, ability to work under strict deadlines.

  • Acquired understanding of bank policies, processes and services.

  • Positive attitude, solution oriented and dynamic working approach.

  • Excellent in English.

  • Russian, Ukrainian, Hebrew and Greek languages and experience within Wealth Management/ Private Banking are an advantage.

The successful candidate will be asked to present a recent criminal record.
