Votre mission : piloter l'excellence opérationnelle

En tant que Responsable Partner & Client Services LPS, vous serez le garant de la performance et de la qualité des opérations sur les contrats d'assurance-vie LPS, principalement sur le marché français et également sur les marchés luxembourgeois, polonais et nordiques. Vos responsabilités incluront :

  • Manager et inspirer une équipe multilingue, en favorisant la collaboration et la montée en compétences.
  • Superviser les activités Middle et Back Office, en assurant fluidité et qualité dans la gestion des contrats.
  • Optimiser les processus et intégrer des solutions digitales pour renforcer l'efficacité et la satisfaction client.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec le Head of Partner & Client Services International Life et les équipes transverses pour harmoniser les pratiques.
  • Suivre les KPI, proposer des actions correctives et garantir la conformité des opérations.
Profil recherché : un leader stratégique et opérationnel
  • Diplôme Bac+5 (économie, finance ou gestion).
  • 10 ans d'expérience dans une fonction similaire avec au moins 5 ans en management.
  • Expertise confirmée en assurance-vie LPS.
  • Maîtrise parfaite du français et de l'anglais (C1). Toute autre langue (polonais, portugais, italien) est un atout.
  • Leadership naturel, sens de l'organisation, orientation client et proactivité.
  • Maîtrise du Pack Office et ouverture aux outils digitaux.
