Your contribution to our success
- Business Analysis & Use Case Framing: Identify and prioritize automation, AI, and document management use cases. Run design-thinking workshops to co-create future-proof solutions with measurable impact.
- Process Modernization & Compliance: Analyze and optimize workflows for HyperAutomation and GenAI integration, while ensuring compliance with GDPR and industry regulations.
- Functional Leadership: Bridge business requirements and technical solutions, lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and define functional governance frameworks.
- Enablement & Engagement: Lead automation enablement initiatives, translate complex technologies into compelling narratives, and design playbooks and templates for scaling adoption.
- Practice Development: Mentor junior consultants, foster collaboration among multidisciplinary teams, and support innovation within the Intelligent Automation team.
Your skills
Must-have skills:
- Master's degree in Business, Information Management, Digital Transformation, or related fields.
- 4+ years in consulting, business analysis, digital transformation, or document management roles.
- Deep expertise in document management platforms like Documentum, SharePoint, OpenText, etc.
Nice-to-have skills:
- Knowledge of Intelligent Automation (RPA, workflow orchestration), AI/GenAI, and low-code platforms.
- Experience in functional analysis, UAT coordination, and delivering functional documentation.
- Multilingual proficiency (English required; French preferred).
