Your Mission:

• Handle drivers' requests via phone and email, adhering to our procedures.
• Resolve and follow up on customer issues, collaborating with other departments as necessary.
• Make proactive calls to drivers to offer our services.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Provide detailed information about our services and products to customers.
• Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
• Monitor and report on customer service metrics to ensure high-quality service.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new products and services.
• Support the team in achieving customer satisfaction and retention goals.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest solutions.

Your Profile:

• Customer satisfaction is your top priority.
• You are a team player with a positive attitude.
• You enjoy daily interactions with drivers and clients via phone and email.
• Fluency in French and Luxembourguish or German (CECR level C1) is mandatory as well as proficiency in English
  (CEFR level C1).
• Experience in customer service is a plus.
• You are meticulous, diligent, and maintain a positive attitude.
• You are an active listener and an effective communicator.
• You work efficiently and handle administrative tasks with ease.
• You have a problem-solving mindset and can handle stress well.
• You are flexible, adaptable, and have an open, mature mindset.
• Your excellent teamwork skills and hands-on mentality complete your profile.
