BMP Compliance Monitoring & Reporting Officer (M/F/D)

Reporting Line
The incumbent(s) report to and work under the supervision of the Head of Unit of the CE/RO/CNFR/ICR&CC/BCMR Unit

Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of the Best Market Practices (BMPs) Compliance Monitoring & Reporting framework
  • Review of applicable EU regulations to the organisation's (BMPs) and relevant internal controls
  • Support the digital transformation initiatives by migrating BMPs and controls into a Governance-Risk-Compliance (GRC) tool (Mega Hopex)
  • Perform internal control pilot testing activities

Qualifications

  • University degree, preferably at postgraduate level, in Business Administration, Compliance, Audit, or any related subjects
  • Additional professional or academic qualifications in these areas would be considered an asset
  • A minimum of three (3) years' relevant professional experience in non-financial risk / compliance activities (i.e. regulatory compliance, internal controls)
  • Knowledge of and experience in using artificial intelligence tools would be considered an asset
  • Excellent knowledge of English, both oral and written. Knowledge of other EU languages would be an advantage
