They combine sharp analytical skills with a strong business mindset to assess and improve various aspects of operations. At Resultance, they play a key role in designing and recommending innovative solutions that enhance productivity, reduce costs, and leverage technology to achieve long-term goals.YOUR ROLE? DRIVE TRANSFORMATION IN THE FINANCIAL SERVICES SECTOR.You'll be at the heart of transformation projects for our clients within the Financial Services sector combining sector knowledge, regulatory insight, and change leadership.MORE SPECIFICALLY, YOU WILL:Contribute to transformation projects (organizational, operational, or technological) within the financial services sector ecosystem → TRANSFORM & STRUCTUREAnalyze and optimize business processes related to fund distribution, administration, valuation, and reporting → DIAGNOSE & IMPROVEProvide expertise on Luxembourg and EU regulatory frameworks (UCITS, AIFMD, SFDR, MiFID II, AML/KYC…) → ADVISE & SECURESupport your Manager in the coordination of stakeholders across business and IT, and support change management and adoption of new practices → ALIGN & ENGAGEContribute to business development through proposals, service offerings, and thought leadership on regulatory trends → CONTRIBUTE & INFLUENCEYOUR PROFILE? A SECTOR-SAVVY TRANSFORMATION CONSULTANT.You're passionate about financial services and want to make a real impact.
