If you also:

Graduated from engineering faculties of universities (preferably Mechanical, Mechatronics, Metallurgical and Materials, Automotive Engineering, etc.),
Have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position within the automotive industry or in R&D, Production, or After-Sales functions,
Possess experience in automotive mechanical systems, chassis, and vehicle electronics,

Are preferably experienced in commercial vehicles such as trucks, buses, or military vehicles,
Are an advanced user of MS Office, SAP, and Enovia programs,
Are familiar with new product launch processes,
Have the motivation to work on multiple projects simultaneously,
Are fluent in English (both written and spoken),
Have experience in team management with strong leadership skills,
Possess strong communication and reporting skills and are a good team player,
Demonstrate a collaborative, dynamic, and solution-oriented working style,
Are result-oriented with strong analytical thinking skills,

What will you do when you join us?

Monitor the control and reporting processes during the new project, follow up quality control processes of  new product /sample
Perform the necessary audits to suppliers, ensure that corrective actions are taken
Follow up product line and rejected parts and manage 8D processes
Develop and implement projects to improve quality and production efficiency.

Actively participating in quality problem solving and improvement activities to increase and improve product quality.
Identify Occupational Health and Safety and Ergonomic risks in Quality Control processes and take preventive and corrective actions.

Ensuring coordination between Export/Sales, R&D/Production, Production and After-Sales departments on technical issues regarding action items.
