Pour notre département Service Travel Agency au sein de LuxairTours, nous recherchons un(e):

Agent Service Travel Agency (m/f/x)

Missions :

  • Traiter toutes les demandes de réservation et
    d'information des agences de voyage pour les produits LuxairTours et
    Luxair Luxembourg Airlines et assurer le support jusqu'au départ final du
    client;
  • Être l'interlocuteur privilégié pour toutes
    questions relatives aux problèmes opérationnels de réservation des agences
    de voyages;
  • Assurer la prise en charge des clients
    internes et externes en cas d'irrégularité en collaboration avec «
    Operational Disruption Center » et selon les procédures en vigueur;
  • Assumer les tâches administratives liées au
    département Travel Agency;
  • Assurer un support dans les différentes tâches
    du Customer Service Center;
  • Occasionnellement participer aux différents
    événements de promotion et le cas échéant participer aux voyages d'études;
  • Répondre aux exigences de l'Emergency Response
    Action Plan selon les procédures en vigueur.



Profil requis:

Critères minimaux requis pour le poste:

  • Etre détenteur diplôme de fin d'études
    secondaires au Luxembourg ou équivalent;
  • Avoir une expérience au sein d'un Call Center
    ou d'une agence de voyages;
  • Etre orientée clients, savoir prendre en
    considération ses besoins et y répondre de manière commerciale;
  • Etre disposé à travailler sur tournée y inclus
    les week-ends et jours fériés;
  • Maitriser les outils
    bureautiques courants;
  • Etre à l'aise au téléphone et projeter une
    image positive et professionnelle;
  • Maîtriser le luxembourgeois, l'anglais, le
    français et l'allemand (parlé & écrit).

  • Avoir de bonnes capacités de communication
    orale et écrite;
  • Etre orienté résultat;
  • Savoir travailler de manière autonome et faire
    preuve d'un esprit de coopération et de travail d'équipe;
  • Etre capable de gérer les priorités et savoir
    organiser ses tâches en conséquence;
  • Faire preuve de réactivité et de
    responsabilité;
  • Etre précis, organisé, patient et être à
    l'écoute des différents besoins;
  • Avoir une bonne gestion du temps et savoir
    prendre des initiatives;
  • Etre résistant au stress;
  • Maîtriser les programmes et les procédures
    spécifiques du Service Center Travel Agency pour les produits LuxairTours
    et Luxair Luxembourg Airlines.

Candidat idéal:

  • Toute autre langue sera
    considérée comme un atout.
