As an Actuarial Specialist, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and managing risk for our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement actuarial models and strategies.
- Conduct actuarial analyses to assess risk and financial implications.
- Develop and maintain actuarial models for pricing and reserving.
- Collaborate with underwriting and finance teams to provide insights and recommendations.
- Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
Team Structure: You will be part of a dynamic team of actuaries and analysts, working under the guidance of a senior actuary.
Ideal Profile:The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise and interpersonal skills.
- Actuarial certification (e.g., ASA, FSA, or equivalent).
- Experience with actuarial software and statistical tools.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Problem-solving abilities.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
