Afin de renforcer les équipes de DEEP au sein de son département Customer Support & Operations, nous recherchons actuellement un(e) Linux System Engineer (m/f/n) à temps plein.

Vos missions
  • Installer, configurer et maintenir les systèmes et les services.
  • Investiguer, diagnostiquer et résoudre les problèmes liés aux systèmes et services pour maintenir la disponibilité des infrastructures clients.
  • Assurer la disponibilité, la récupération après sinistre et la continuité des services.
  • Installer et mettre à niveau les systèmes.
  • Tester et valider les mises à niveau.
  • Planifier les travaux d'interventions pour minimiser les interruptions.
  • Communiquer efficacement avec les interlocuteurs techniques du client.
  • Diagnostiquer et résoudre les problèmes matériels ou logiciels.
  • Superviser et résoudre les problèmes de performance, liés aux systèmes et applications.
  • Contribuer techniquement à l'implémentation des projets clients.
  • Respecter les procédures de l'organisation afin de garantir l'intégrité et la sécurité des systèmes.
Votre profil
  • Posséder un diplôme de Bachelor ou une expérience équivalente, avec au moins 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans un poste similaire.
  • Maîtriser le français et l'anglais, la connaissance de l'allemand ou du luxembourgeois étant un atout.
  • Maîtriser l'administration et les fonctionnalités de Red Hat, ainsi que des outils associés tels que Satellite 6, SELinux, Ansible et Ansible Tower/AAP.
  • Connaître l'IDM, DNS, Proxy et avoir des bases solides en Infrastructure, Datacenter, Virtualisation, Backup et Monitoring.
  • Avoir une expérience significative dans la gestion d'environnements critiques de production.
  • Avoir une bonne culture informatique, notamment en sécurité informatique, et être à jour sur les technologies de son domaine.
  • Travailler en équipe et savoir formaliser un reporting efficace pour la direction.
