About the Role

As a German Sales Account Manager, you will work directly with clients and marketing agencies to craft tailored advertising strategies. Your focus will be on optimizing digital marketing performance, identifying growth opportunities, and building long-term partnerships through a consultative, data-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage relationships with clients and agencies, offering performance-oriented advertising solutions

Advise on strategic campaign improvements to maximize return on investment

Achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional client service

Communicate with clients via phone, video calls, and email to provide tailored support

Identify upselling opportunities aligned with client objectives

Stay informed about industry trends and tools to deliver effective, current solutions

Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution

Monitor and report on performance metrics, making continuous optimizations

Candidate Profile

Fluent in German (C2) and English (C1)

Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales

Strong analytical, communication, and client management skills

Interest in digital marketing, online platforms, and emerging technologies

Motivated, adaptable, and eager to grow professionally
