Client Tax Specialist

Client Implementation is responsible for highly complex client account openings and product set up requests (including new, changing or expanding requirements).

· Determine the relevant forms and assess the AML and tax related documentation needs (QI, FATCA, CRS) for your book of work.

· Implement top-tier solutions for corporate clients and financial institutions.

· Deliver seamless product(s)/service(s) setup and streamlined installation processes in compliance with internal and external policies and regulations.

· Monitor and evaluate product performance and client feedback to generate new product ideas and identify product/service features that need to be changed to meet client needs.

· Liaise with other areas of the bank to implement these changes.

· At least 5 years of Financial Services experience tax related role within Financial Services sector with ideally a background in Tax/ Compliance / Legal

· Ability to develop a good knowledge of the customer base, with sensitivity to specific customer needs in order to establish a strong rapport with both customers and individuals in operating areas throughout the Bank

· High level of familiarity/knowledge of tax law and compliance across multiple jurisdictions

· Proficient excel and ppt skills, working knowledge of Avaloq is a plus.

· Ability to reconcile complex files, attention to detail and accuracy.

· Excellent level of English (min. Advanced level)

· Strong customer relationship, communication and presentation skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of multicultural teams

· Ability to manage workflow and priorities while operating in a fast paced environment
