We are seeking a Corporate Officer for our Corporate Services team

As part of the Tax department, our Corporate Services team provides corporate secretarial services to guide our clients through statutory and legal obligations in Luxembourg and helps clients to deal with the particularities of the Luxembourg jurisdiction and related challenges arising from a constant evolving environment. Our Corporate Services team assists clients from the establishment of their structures in Luxembourg and all along the life of the companies until a potential liquidation.

We support our clients in gaining a better understanding of the Luxembourg corporate governance environment and identifying laws and regulations that have an impact on their activities. We add value by providing solutions which include customization and efficiency.

As Corporate Officer, you will play a role in the Corporate Services team in supporting our clients in their corporate governance journey. You will have the opportunity to leverage your legal and compliance experience.

• You will provide day-to-day corporate secretarial and governance support for a portfolio of Luxembourg entities - including complex group structures, SPVs and regulated entities - working closely with the corporate services team members;
• You will deliver of corporate secretarial services: receive, review and archive documents (mailing, execution of documents…), maintain statutory registers, and ensure timely filings with the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register (Registre de Commerce et des Sociétés);
• You will ensure that the companies' corporate documentation remains up-to-date and accurate, keeping our database of corporate documents of client-companies up-to-date;
• You will assist the team and/or the clients in the organization/preparation of board and shareholders meetings, creation/update of shareholders' registers, bank account openings, cash management;
• You will act as client-facing contact and coordinate with external parties (notaries, legal advisors, tax advisors, auditors, banks);
• You will coordinate cross-functional tasks with internal teams (accounting, tax compliance…) to ensure seamless client service;
• You will monitor deadlines, manage routine correspondence and high-quality of deliverables;
• You will support client-related projects and assist management in the implementation of new processes and operational improvements.

• From 0 to 3 years of relevant working experience in corporate services (service provider or in-house);
• Holding a Master's degree in Law or similar field;
• You are a team player and display a positive attitude;
• You are fluent in English and French, any other languages (German) would be a valuable asset;
• You are keen on learning and you are client driven;
• You have strong analytical and organizational skills, with a strong attention to details;
• You are dynamic, proactive, solutions oriented and you have excellent communication skills;
• You have a good knowledge of MS-Office software.
