With several tens of millions of euros in assets under management, this holding is pursuing ambitious growth across three main areas: Private Equity, real estate development, and the stock market, while also exploring more unconventional sectors such as wine.
Operating between France and Luxembourg, it combines the agility of a startup with the financial solidity of an established group.
GL Accountant - Your Role:
As part of a replacement, the company is seeking an experienced Sole Accountant capable of managing the full operational accounting process, from posting transactions to preparing the balance sheet, in an environment with high financial and investment activity.
Your main responsibilities:
- Full management of general and analytical accounting for the holding company and group entities;
- Accounting postings and administrative follow-up of investment operations (cash placements, fees, invoices, etc.);
- Monitoring of banking transactions (over a thousand movements per year);
- Weekly reporting to the financial management;
- Collaboration with the external auditor;
- Contributing to the smooth daily operation of a human-sized organization.
GL Accountant - Profile:
- Solid experience in operational accounting, ideally within a financial and investment environment such as a holding or family office;
- Excellent technical skills and proficiency in accounting software (BOB 50);
- Rigorous, proactive, and reliable, capable of managing multiple flows simultaneously and working "just in time";
- Fluent in French (written and spoken) with a good level of English (B2);
- Highly autonomous with a strong sense of responsibility.
