About the Role:We are looking for a Revenue Management & Pricing Manager to join our Ice Cream Division. In this role, you will act as the Group Subject Matter Expert, driving the development and execution of Revenue Management methodologies and pricing strategies across the division. You will play a key role in shaping the value creation agenda, supporting Ice-Cream business units and ensuring alignment with Group guidelines and profit pool evolution.
Main Responsibilities:As Revenue Management & Pricing Manager, you will be responsible to develop a deep understanding of the Ice Cream business commercial dynamics, value chains and their drivers - including price-pack architecture and trade margins - across channels leveraging on Group's Methodologies and frameworks.
You will support the design of the Group Value Maneuver on existing products by embedding the Ice Cream perspective. You'll lead the value chain definition process for NPD ensuring fully consistence with Ferrero's Triple Win principles. In this role you'll act as a sparring partner to the Marketing Division Head and the Group's Pricing and Revenue Management Manager.
You will monitor the rollout of Ice Creams NPDs and engage with Area Marketing/Area CMEE/Area R&TM for corrective actions when needed.
In cooperation with Area R&TM you might support the markets as well to define Gross-to-Net optimization actions for Ice Creams.
You will lead adoption of the Group's Pricing &Revenue Management framework for the Ice Cream Division leading the 3N data validation processes to ensure accuracy and consistency, additionally you'll provide guidance on Sales and Order-to-Cash policy implementation.
Who we are looking for:You bring around 10 years experience and a solid experience in Revenue Management, Pricing, or Commercial Strategy, ideally within the FMCG or Ice Cream sector. You have a strong analytical mindset and a deep understanding of value chain dynamics, pricing architecture, and trade terms.
You are comfortable working in a matrixed, international environment and can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain. Experience in supporting capability development and transformation projects is a strong plus.
You are fluent in English, with excellent communication and influencing skills. A proactive, structured, and business-oriented approach will be key to succeeding in this role.
