If You also;

Graduated from Engineering departments (preferably Automotive, Mechanical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering),

Have experience in the automotive industry,

Have a good command of English,

Are proficient in SAP, CATIA and MS Office programs,

Are eager to work in production environments with a mindset of continuous improvement,

Have strong analytical thinking and reporting skills,

Are innovative, open to learning and improvement,

Possess effective negotiation, persuasion and communication skills,

Are familiar with Problem Solving Techniques and can rapidly generate temporary & permanent solutions,

Can adapt to a dynamic and high-pressure work environment,

Are result-oriented with strong teamwork and coordination abilities,

Can adapt to an intensive work schedule,

What will you do when you join us?

Monitoring, development, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes

Conducting process time studies, productivity analyses, and improvement activities

Leading and executing projects aimed at increasing efficiency

Developing automation and digitalization projects

Carrying out Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) and ergonomics improvement activities

Supporting quality improvement initiatives

Taking part in vehicle commissioning projects and planning production line readiness

Follow 5S, Kaizen, efficiency and digitalization projects in your work area and contribute to new Project development,
