Au sein du Département Juridique à Luxembourg, le/la stagiaire participe au suivi juridique d'un portefeuille d'environ une centaine de sociétés. Ses principales activités sont :

  • Assistance dans la création et la gestion quotidienne de fonds d'investissement luxembourgeois, leur General Partner et SPVs,
  • La rédaction de tous actes concernant les opérations liées à la vie des fonds d'investissement et des sociétés liées à ces fonds,
  • Préparation et suivi des dossiers de formalités légales à accomplir auprès des notaires, du registre du commerce et des sociétés, du registre des bénéficiaires effectifs ainsi que d'autres administrations,
  • La mise en place et suivi du calendrier juridique de l'ensemble des sociétés et suivi des échéances,
  • La rédaction, revue et négociation de contrats,
  • Le traitement des questions ponctuelles relatives aux fonds d'investissement luxembourgeois, de droit des sociétés et de droit des contrats luxembourgeois,
  • La tenue et mise à jour de la base de données interne,
  • Veille règlementaire.

Within the Legal Department in Luxembourg, the intern will participate in the legal monitoring of a portfolio of approximately a hundred companies. The main activities are:

  • Assistance in the creation and monitoring of Luxembourg investment funds, their General Partner and SPVs,
  • Drafting of all acts concerning transactions related to the life of investment funds and SPVs,
  • Preparation and follow-up of legal formalities files to be completed with notaries, the Trade and Companies Register, the Beneficial Owners Register and other authorities,
  • Setting up and monitoring the legal calendar of all companies and monitoring deadlines,
  • Contract writing, review and negotiation,
  • Handling of ad hoc issues relating to Luxembourg investment funds, company law and Luxembourg contract law,
  • Maintaining and updating the internal database,
  • Regulatory watch.
Profile :

  • Vous êtes étudiant en Master 2 Droit bancaire et financier, Droit des affaires, Ecole du Barreau ou Ecole de commerce,
  • Vous avez une première expérience dans un cabinet d'avocats ou un établissement financier,
  • Vous maîtrisez le droit des affaires et avez de préférence une formation en droit bancaire et financier,
  • Vous avez une bonne maîtrise de l'anglais écrit et parlé,
  • Vous êtes rigoureux(se),
  • Vous avez un bon sens relationnel,
  • Vous savez vous adapter pour travailler dans un environnement en constante évolution,
  • Des connaissances en droit luxembourgeois seraient appréciées.

  • You are a student in Master 2 Banking and Financial Law, Business Law, Bar School or Business School,
  • You have first experience in a law firm or financial institution,
  • You are proficient in business law and preferably have a background in banking and finance law,
  • You have fluent English written and spoken,
  • You are rigorous,
  • You have a good relationship skills,
  • You can adapt to work in a fast-changing environment,
  • Knowledge of Luxembourg law would be appreciated.
