Afin de renforcer nos équipes, nous sommes à la recherche d'un IT Risk & Cyber Project Manager capable de piloter des projets à fort impact, d'orchestrer des équipes multidisciplinaires et de porter la vision sécurité.

Dans un monde où la cyber menace évolue plus vite que les marchés financiers, notre client accélère sa transformation sécurité.

Le projet : garantir la résilience IT et la cybersécurité, tout en accompagnant la croissance des activités dans le domaine de l'assurance et bancaires

Vos principales responsabilités :

En tant que chef d'orchestre du Cyber Program Office :

Vous encadrez l'équipe des chefs de projet sécurité.

Vous pilotez l'exécution des projets en conformité avec la gouvernance

Vous coordonnez les instances Cyber en mode RUN & Projet, avec les équipes techniques, sécurité et métiers.

Vous assurez la continuité d'activité lors des phases d'évolution, de migration ou d'intégration technique.

Vous faites le lien entre les acteurs internes (Assurance, Banque, IT, Sécurité, Métiers).

Vous organisez et animez les workshops, comités projet et comités de pilotage.

Vous pilotez le budget, le planning et le périmètre

Vous garantissez la qualité des livrables et assurez un reporting régulier et clair.

Vous serez le chef de projet cyber qui transforme les roadmaps techniques en réussites opérationnelles.

Pré-requis du poste

Votre profil :

Une solide expérience en environnement assurance ou bancaire.

Une bonne connaissance des normes Cyber : NIST, DORA, audit de preuves.

Des compétences techniques solides sur les infrastructures IT et produits Cyber :

Guardium, Varonis, Splunk, CyberArk, IAM, Nexus, OWASP...

Une compréhension fonctionnelle des processus Assurance, Contrats et AML.

Une maîtrise du français et de l'anglais à l'écrit comme à l'oral.

Enfin, autonomie, leadership, esprit d'équipe et capacité d'adaptation sont vos maîtres mots.
