Dans un groupe financier international, nous accompagnons actuellement une direction IT & Sécurité dans le cadre d'un renfort senior en IT Risk & Security Governance, afin de couvrir un besoin immédiat.

Il s'agit d'un rôle de gouvernance et de pilotage, sans sécurité opérationnelle (pas de hands-on outils).

Contexte & enjeux

Environnement fortement réglementé

Sujets structurants autour de la sécurité des SI, de la résilience et de la continuité d'activité

Forte exposition aux comités de direction et aux instances groupe

Interaction régulière avec des équipes internationales

Missions principales

Pilotage des analyses de risques IT & SSI (projets, patrimoine IT, fournisseurs, cloud)

Gouvernance sécurité : politiques, dérogations, comités, indicateurs

Suivi et coordination des audits de sécurité et plans de remédiation

Pilotage de la continuité d'activité (BIA, PCA/PRA, tests de résilience, gestion de crise)

Suivi des vulnérabilités (coordination, priorisation, escalade – non opérationnel)

Préparation et présentation de supports de synthèse (CODIR / comités groupe)

Accompagnement des métiers et de l'IT sur les enjeux sécurité & résilience

Profil recherché

Senior IT Risk / Security Governance (≈ 8–10 ans d'expérience)

Solide expertise en :

Analyse de risques IT

Gouvernance sécurité

Continuité d'activité / résilience

Très bonne connaissance des environnements finance / banque / assurance

DORA : fort plus

Excellent relationnel, à l'aise à l'oral comme à l'écrit

Capacité à prendre le lead sur des sujets transverses

Langues

Français courant indispensable

Anglais professionnel requis (interactions internationales)

Organisation

Télétravail : 2 jours / semaine (présence attendue au démarrage)

Mission 3 à 6 mois (embauche possible à terme)
