Project Manager (IT) (m/f)

Rôle

Dans le contexte actuel où les énergies et les émissions carbone sont au cœur des préoccupations au niveau mondial, européen et luxembourgeois, vous souhaitez devenir un acteur dans le domaine de l'efficacité énergétique ? Nous proposons aujourd'hui un poste de gestionnaire de projet IT pour maintenir et faire évoluer nos outils et notre plateforme enoprimes.

Enoprimes est un programme de subventions créé par enovos en 2015 visant à pousser les particuliers, les communes et les entreprises à investir dans projets d'économie d'énergie. La plateforme permet de gérer près de 5000 nouveaux dossiers chaque année. Elle constitue l'outil de travail indispensable d'une équipe de près de 10 ingénieurs et de 500 partenaires qui l'utilisent quotidiennement. Elle est en constante évolution pour répondre aux exigences des réglementations et du marché actuel et est gérée pour le compte d'enovos et de Sudenergie au sein de l'Agence de l'Energie.

Le gestionnaire de projet est le point de contact principal des utilisateurs de la plateforme et des autres interlocuteurs principaux (développeurs IT, Marketing, Juridique). Il recueille les besoins, rédige les cahiers de charge, coordonne le développement et assure l'implémentation des changements en conformité avec les règles internes et externes.

Le domaine de l'énergie vous intéresse, vous disposez d'une bonne capacité organisationnelle et d'analyse et vous souhaitez intégrer une équipe dynamique et polyvalente ? Vous êtes prêt à relever de nouveaux défis en participant également au développement de nouveaux projets ?

Profil

  • Titulaire d'un diplôme d'école ingénieur de niveau Master of Science (MSc) avec si possible première expérience dans la gestion de projets IT
  • Vous avez le goût de gérer des projets complexes requérant des connaissances dans la gestion de projet (suivi budget, reporting, planning, …)
  • Vous savez travailler en équipe, vous êtes doté d'un bon sens du relationnel et vous savez être à l'écoute des utilisateurs.
  • Vous êtes rigoureux et structuré, vous travaillez de façon autonome, avec un sens de l'initiative et vous disposez d'un esprit de synthèse
  • Des capacités d'autonomie, d'adaptation, d'anticipation et de planification seront indispensables pour réussir dans cette fonction
  • Une bonne maîtrise de la langue française et anglaise tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit est exigée ; l'allemand et le luxembourgeois seront considérés comme un atout.
