Your contribution to our success
- Build deep expertise in fund performance measurement and quantitative analytics (e.g., fund and portfolio performance calculation and regression analysis).
- Advise on how fund managers are rewarded through performance fee and carried interest models, and for Private Equity, Real Estate, and alternative funds, also analyze waterfall models and investor equalization.
- Review and advise on FX hedging strategies and assess whether hedging policies effectively manage currency risk.
- Implement and maintain Swing Pricing frameworks and controls.
- Support business development through research, data gathering, and proposal work, while driving continuous improvement and innovation in processes and services.
Your skills
Hold a Master degree in business administration, audit, finance, engineering or accountingA first experience in audit or finance would be considered a significant assetStrong analytical rigor; quality- and results-driven; able to work both autonomously and collaboratively.Client-focused with curiosity for the investment funds industry; comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.Have good knowledge of Excel, VBA and skills in other Microsoft Office productsBe fluent in English.
