We are currently looking for a motivated and driven
Data Analyst
under a permanent contract.

Missions of the role

  • Write high-quality, effective code that can be easily scaled across platforms using the Python programming language
  • Develop data engineering pipelines that help the team to train machine learning algorithms and develop back-end components that improve overall performance
  • Data Collection & Processing: Gather and clean data from various sources (databases, APIs, spreadsheets, etc.). Automate data collection processes using Python scripts.
  • Data Analysis: Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. Use statistical methods to interpret data and generate insights.
  • Reporting & Visualization : Create clear and compelling reports and dashboards
  • Participate in code reviews with the team to maintain a high level of code quality and identify ways to improve existing systems, processes, or algorithms
  • Integrate, test, and debug programs
  • Assess and prioritize feature requests
  • Collaborate with teams to deliver technical solutions and ship features
  • Write the technical documentation of the tools, creation of manuals
  • Act as level 3 support on the tools, including problem management
  • Carrying other duties as assigned

Required skills

  • Qualifications / diploma(s)
    : Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
  • Years of experience in the area
    : 3-5 years of experience as a Python developer with a strong portfolio of projects.
  • Technical Competencies
    :

-  In-depth knowledge of Python software development, including frameworks, tools, and systems (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, SciPy, PyTorch)

-  Proficiency with front-end development technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

-  Familiarity with database tools such as SQL and NoSQL and their best practices

  • Languages
    : French and English fluent. Any other language is an asset.
  • Specific skills:

-  Excellent communication and team-building skills

-  Strong at solving problems with innovation and resourcefulness

-  Proficiency with Python frameworks like Django and Pyramid

-  Familiarity with data science, artificial intelligence, and machine learning concepts

-  Basic understanding of cloud platforms such as Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure
