Le System & Security Engineer sera en charge d'administrer, maintenir et mettre à jour les plateformes Antimalware/EDR de notre client, tout en agissant comme référent technique et point de contact privilégié pour les équipes Systèmes et Sécurité.

Il optimisera la protection globale en adaptant les exclusions, policies et niveaux d'agressivité, assurera le suivi avec les fournisseurs en anglais et effectuera une veille technologique pour renforcer la sécurité.

Missions :

  • Contribuer aux activités opérationnelles quotidiennes

  • Participer aux projets en lien avec les plateformes de sécurité

  • Intégrer une équipe pluridisciplinaire (Windows, VMWare, applications tierces, sécurité, troubleshooting avancé…)

  • Améliorer et fiabiliser les systèmes existants

  • Prendre en charge le traitement des tickets de niveau 3

  • Rédiger la documentation technique et assurer le transfert de connaissances, notamment auprès des équipes Endpoint

Pré-requis du poste

Profil :

  • Expérience significative en entreprise (8 ans minimum)

  • Excellentes capacités d'intégration et goût prononcé pour le travail en équipe

  • Autonomie, sens de l'initiative et capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément

  • Polyvalence, rigueur et solides compétences organisationnelles

  • Très bonnes aptitudes en communication

  • Forte capacité d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes

  • Conscience des enjeux liés à un environnement critique du secteur financier : respect des SLAs, qualité de service, procédures et organisation interne

  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais ; la connaissance du luxembourgeois est un atout

Compétences techniques :

  • Expertise Windows Server (2016 à 2025)

  • Maîtrise du déploiement et de la gestion d'outils EDR/Antimalware, idéalement en environnement on-premises

  • Excellente capacité de troubleshooting liée aux impacts des solutions Antimalware

  • Très bonnes compétences PowerShell

  • Connaissances en VMware et Linux

  • Solides notions en sécurité et cybersécurité

Compétences additionnelles appréciées (atouts) :

  • Connaissances réseau, DNS, Webproxy, Firewall
