Fonction
Vous participez activement – et pilotez lorsque nécessaire – des initiatives de digitalisation au sein de l'équipe commerciale, en particulier autour des portails clients, des projets digitaux et de l'écosystème Salesforce.
Vous analysez et améliorez les processus existants en produisant une documentation claire, servant de lien entre les équipes métiers et IT.
Vous contribuez aux évolutions et au succès des projets liés à Salesforce et à la transformation digitale.
Vous jouez un rôle de facilitateur du changement, en accompagnant les parties prenantes dans l'adoption des optimisations mises en œuvre.
Vous suivez les tendances liées à l'énergie et au digital afin d'identifier de nouveaux produits et services innovants.
Vous participez à la gestion de l'offre de produits et services de l'équipe commerciale : support post-déploiement, coordination avec les prestataires et amélioration continue.
Vous réalisez des reporting réguliers sur l'avancement des projets en cours et alertez en cas de points d'attention.
Profil
Diplôme de niveau Master en Administration des affaires, Économie, Ingénierie ou équivalent.
Expérience professionnelle dans le secteur de l'énergie ou du conseil.
Implication dans des projets Salesforce et/ou d'analyse de données.
Une expérience en gestion de plateformes ou portails clients est un atout.
Orienté client, avec une forte culture du résultat.
Curieux, rigoureux, créatif et motivé, avec un grand souci du détail.
Excellentes compétences de communication écrite et orale en français et en anglais. La connaissance du luxembourgeois est un plus.
