Description

Notre client est un bureau d'ingénierie et de conception multidisciplinaire reconnu pour son expertise dans les domaines de la construction, de l'architecture et des techniques du bâtiment.

En tant qu'Architecte résidentiel, vous serez responsable de la conception de maisons individuelles et de petites résidences destinées à une clientèle luxembourgeoise. Vous interviendrez sur l'ensemble du processus de conception et de suivi administratif des projets.

Vous serez amené(e) à :

Prendre en charge les dossiers afin d'établir l'avant-projet architectural.

Concevoir des projets complets et cohérents répondant aux attentes des clients et aux contraintes réglementaires.

Gérer les contacts avec les administrations et les organismes compétents lorsque cela est nécessaire.

Participer aux réunions avec les clients afin de comprendre leurs besoins et de présenter les solutions proposées.

Assurer le suivi des dossiers jusqu'au dépôt du permis de construire.

Réaliser des plans d'exécution pour des projets de maisons unifamiliales et de résidences de petite et moyenne taille.

Veiller au respect des réglementations luxembourgeoises (GDL) et des normes ITM applicables aux projets.

En tant qu'Architecte résidentiel, votre profil est décrit comme suit :

Vous êtes titulaire d'un baccalauréat ou d'un Master en architecture.

Vous disposez d'au minimum 3 ans d'expérience professionnelle, idéalement au Luxembourg.

Vous possédez une bonne connaissance des réglementations GDL et des normes ITM.

Vous avez une expérience concrète dans la réalisation de plans d'exécution pour des projets résidentiels.

Vous maîtrisez le logiciel de dessin Archicad, indispensable pour ce poste.

La connaissance de Revit constitue un atout.

Vous êtes capable de gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément avec méthode et organisation.

Vous maîtrisez le français.
