The team is human-sized and includes several experienced collaborators, meaning the Manager position involves light review and supervision tasks, as well as operational responsibilities.

Regarding the clientele, the portfolio the Manager will have the chance to deal with includes complex and interesting transactions, making every day a new challenge. The types of financial vehicles include Soparfis, holdings, and SPVs.

Your Responsibilities | Corporate – Legal – Law – Fiduciary – Legal manager

• You will ensure managerial responsibilities such as reviewing colleagues' work and making sure that deadlines are respected.
• Even though you will hold a managerial title, a significant amount of operational tasks will be required from you, including:
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as agreements, resolutions, and contracts
• Participating in board meetings and drafting minutes
• Handling company incorporations and liquidations
• Liaising with third parties such as lawyers, notaries, and auditors.

Profile and Career Path | Corporate – Legal – Law – Fiduciary – Legal manager

• You have at least 10 years of experience in corporate governance in Luxembourg, including at least 5 years as a manager within a similar environment such as a fiduciary or a PFS. This will allow you to adapt easily to your new environment and make it easier to gain the trust of your new team.
• Being fluent in English is essential to communicate efficiently with colleagues and clients. Any other language could be considered an advantage.
• As the company fosters a long-term partnership culture, it is essential to demonstrate stability in your career path.
• You have strong knowledge of regulations related to Soparfis, holdings, and SPVs.

Offer | Corporate – Legal – Law – Fiduciary – Legal manager

• You will earn a salary of up to €90,000 gross per year, allowing you to enjoy a comfortable standard of living.
• Extra holidays (30 per year) will be offered to facilitate your travels and personal projects.
