Missions
Au sein de CA Indosuez Fund Solutions et en communauté de travail avec les équipes Indosuez WM Group, le Fund reporting officer est en charge d'effectuer les missions décrites ci-dessous en support des équipes marketing & Fund reporting de la Société de Gestion :
Support à la préparation, production et maintenance des pitchbooks, factsheets et flyers des fonds Private & Public Markets, ainsi que des présentations génériques d'offres de services;Coordination avec les équipes Legal, Portfolio Management et Risk Management pour s'assurer de la bonne qualité des contenus et données servant à la production des supports marketing;Dissémination des supports marketing sur les plateformes IWM Group (MyDocbase, MyAdvisory, Fundinfo, AirFund).Zone géographique

Bonnes connaissances des marchés/instruments financiers;Connaissances de base sur les fonds d'investissements (UCITS, AIFs);Disposé à travailler en équipe avec un esprit rationnel, rigoureux et réfléchi.Polyvalence et dynamisme;Excellentes qualités rédactionnelles;Curiosité et créativité;Une appétence forte pour le digital.
Outils informatiques
Bonne maîtrise des outils MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Adobe Photoshop / InDesign / Lightroom / XD / BVBA / Bloomberg.
Langues
Maîtrise parfaite du français et anglais. L'italien et/ou l'espagnol un plus.
