Your Role
 
As a Head of Industrialization, you will lead all aspects of manufacturing strategy and industrialization, collaborating with robotics, automation, and operations teams to build state-of-the-art facilities that deliver sustainability at scale. 
 
Your responsibilities
  • Develop and implement manufacturing and industrialization strategies across production sites.
  • Oversee plant layout, process design, and production readiness for automation lines.
  • Collaborate with engineering to industrialize new technologies and equipment.
  • Lead continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
  • Manage suppliers, manufacturing partners, and CAPEX investments.
  • Ensure safety, quality, and operational excellence in all manufacturing processes.
  • Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing industrial team.


Your profile
  • BSc or MSc in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
  • 3-5 of experience in industrial operations, manufacturing, or production leadership.
  • Proven success scaling from prototype to full-scale production.
  • Strong understanding of automation, robotics, and lean manufacturing.
  • Exceptional leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Startup DNA: resourceful, hands-on, and unafraid to roll up your sleeves. You are comfortable with ambiguity, thrive under pressure, and turn challenges into progress.
  • Fluent in English.
