Rôle de direction opérationnelle et managériale au sein d'une activité assurance-vie LPS, avec responsabilité directe d'équipes gérant des contrats distribués principalement sur le marché français, ainsi que sur d'autres marchés européens. Le poste combine leadership d'équipes expérimentées, excellence opérationnelle, relation partenaires et pilotage de la performance dans un environnement réglementé et international.

Ce rôle s'adresse exclusivement à des profils très expérimentés en assurance-vie LPS.

Responsabilités

  • Diriger et structurer une équipe multilingue en charge des activités Partner & Client Services

  • Superviser la gestion opérationnelle des contrats LPS (Middle Office & Back Office)

  • Garantir la qualité de service, la conformité et la fiabilité des actes de gestion

  • Piloter la relation avec les partenaires distributeurs et clients finaux

  • Aligner les priorités locales avec la stratégie internationale

  • Définir, suivre et optimiser les indicateurs de performance (KPI)

  • Identifier et mettre en œuvre des améliorations de processus et d'outils

  • Assurer la montée en compétences, l'autonomie et l'engagement des équipes

  • Valider certains actes de gestion dans un cadre de contrôle interne

  • Contribuer activement à la transformation digitale et à l'efficacité opérationnelle

Profil recherché

  • Formation supérieure en économie, gestion ou finance

  • Expérience significative et confirmée en assurance-vie LPS

  • Expérience solide en management d'équipes dans un environnement assurantiel

  • Pratique avérée d'un rôle combinant stratégie, relationnel et opérationnel

  • Excellente compréhension des enjeux réglementaires et opérationnels LPS

  • Leadership naturel, capacité de décision et orientation résultats

  • Forte orientation client et partenaire

  • Français et anglais courants à l'oral comme à l'écrit

  • Aisance avec les outils bureautiques et les environnements structurés
