As an AI & Technology champion, you'll advocate, design, train, implement, and drive digital and AI-powered solutions that align with our client`s business goals and compliance needs. You'll act as the hands-on link between technical teams, decision-makers, and client service delivery teams/project stakeholders. Your contribution to our success
- Design, test, and deploy innovative AI and digital solutions that enhance efficiency in fund operations.
- Actively drive the implementation and adoption of AI transformation initiatives across business units, ensuring measurable, practical results.
- Build strong bridges between AI capabilities and business priorities to deliver impactful solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Equip teams with resources, tools, and training, fostering the successful use of AI and digital solutions in daily operations.
- Advocate and deliver scalable AI solutions, replicating high-value prototypes to maximize operational improvements across departments, including regulatory solutions.
Your skills
- Diploma: A Master's degree in AI, Engineering, Data Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in leading technology transformation projects, ideally with AI and broader automation solutions catered to fund management and/or regulatory compliance workflows.
- Soft skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills, analytical problem-solving, results-driven mindset, and a passion for innovation.
Nice to have
- Languages: Proficient in English (spoken and written). Knowledge of French or German is a plus.
- Experience in scaling technology-driven prototypes across teams for continuous improvement.
- In-depth knowledge of fund industry and emerging trends in technology adoption
