If you also:

have graduated from relevant Engineering departments (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics or Automotive Engineering),
have at least 2 years of experience in your field,
preferably have project management experience in automotive, defense industry, or industrial manufacturing companies,
have a good command of English,
are proficient in MS Project and MS Office applications,
are systematic, detail-oriented, and result-focused,

What will you do when you join us?

Analyze project requirements to create and execute project plans,
Take an active role in defining project budgets through detailed cost analysis,
Ensure projects are delivered in line with company objectives and within defined timelines,
Request and track regular updates from assigned project stakeholders (R&D, Quality, and other internal departments),
Coordinate R&D activities during the design phase in line with the contracted scope agreed with the customer,
Ensure effective coordination between R&D teams and customers, as well as among internal R&D teams,
Manage communication with customers and subcontractors through a single, structured channel throughout the project,
Identify potential issues that may prevent projects from being completed on time or within budget,
Perform risk management activities to minimize project risks,
Provide regular project progress updates to relevant stakeholders,
Maintain close coordination with all stakeholders throughout the entire project lifecycle,
Take part in the proposal preparation process, including technical and logistical scope, schedule, cost, and related documentation,
Contribute to contract negotiations by planning and attending meetings, documenting action items, and following up on decisions.
