HR - Business Partner
En tant que HR Business Partner, vous êtes un véritable relai entre notre service opérationnel et celui des ressources humaines.
Vous êtes l'interlocuteur privilégié des managers opérationnels, dont vous connaissez les enjeux métiers et les priorités, vous agissez avec un esprit proactif, avec un souci permanent de satisfaction des clients internes.
Vous travaillerez directement avec le directeur RH et le Country Manager Luxembourg, soutiendrez les équipes à travers le pays et serez le moteur d'une approche RH cohérente, consistante et tournée vers l'innovation.
Vous prêtez main forte dans le cadre de l'administration des contrats et des procédures en lien avec notre métier.
Vous aurez en charge les tâches suivantes :
- Recrutement et développement des talents
- Suivi des processus, des politiques RH
- Veille Juridique
- Suivi Administratif
- Premier contact avec la Délégation du Personnel
- Digitalisation des outils opérationnels et RH
Votre profil :
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un BTS ou d'une licence en RH
- Vous disposez d'une expérience d'au moins 3 ans en RH
- Vous avez une bonne maîtrise des outils MS Office
- Vous avez une très bonne connaissance en droit du travail, la connaissance de la convention collective du secteur du nettoyage est un plus.
- Vous êtes précis(e), ponctuel(le) et critique
- Vous faites preuve de confidentialité et de discrétion
- Vous êtes un Team Player et un excellent communiquant
- Vous avez des attraits et une affinités pour les nouvelles technologies et logiciels
