As a Corporate Officer, you will be joining one of our international Client Servicing team and will be the key point of contact for our portfolio of clients on corporate matters.

YOUR RISPONSIBILITIES

•    Manage the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of client entities, coordinating tasks and ensuring deadlines are met;

•    Liaise with legal professionals, financial institutions, and clients both locally and internationally;

•    Support corporate transactions of clients including subscriptions, transfers, capital increases and distributions;

•    Maintain and update statutory records, databases, and related filings and payments;

•    Assist with collection of KYC documentation, preparation of bank account opening forms and coordination with external parties as required;

•    Assist in drafting agreements and other documentation;

•    Contribute to ad hoc corporate-secretarial tasks as needed.

YOUR PROFILE

•    You have at least a Bachelor degree in business administration any other relevant field;

•    You have at least 2 year of experience as Corporate Officer or Corporate Secretary Assistant;

•    You are fluent in English and French (any other language is an asset);

•    You have excellent interpersonal and customer-service skills with a professional approach at all times in accordance with policies and procedures, legal/regulatory requirements;

•    You are able to work on multiple projects at the same time, prioritize matters and meet deadlines;

•    You are extremely organized and rigorous;

•    You are able to build good working relationships and gain confidence of others.
