We are seeking an experienced Senior PeopleSoft Developer to join our team and lead critical PeopleSoft Finance projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PeopleSoft implementation, customization, and support, with proven leadership skills and the ability to mentor team members.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead development efforts
  • Gather requirements, design, analyze, and develop new enhancements for PeopleSoft Finance applications.
  • Work extensively with Peopletools (Approval Workflow Engine, Application Packages, Application Engine, Peoplecode, Component Interfaces, Process Scheduler, Security).
  • Implement and upgrade Finance modules such as Travel & Expense, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, and Billing.
  • Develop complex Application Engines and customize workflows to meet business needs.
  • Perform fit-gap analysis, functional design reviews, and resolve critical Finance issues.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions and continuous improvements.
  • Mentor team members and maintain project trackers, defect logs, and lessons learned documentation.
Required skills & experience
  • Strong experience in PeopleSoft implementation, support, and customization.
  • Expertise in PeopleSoft Finance 9.2 and related modules (Travel & Expense, AP, GL, Billing, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of Peopletools and BI Publisher reporting.
  • Experience with Event Mapping Frameworks and reducing customizations in delivered modules.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and act as Scrum Master.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Education & certifications
  • Master's Degree in Business Technologies or related field.
  • Certifications:
    • Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals
    • Oracle Peopletools Certified Consultant
    • Professional Scrum Master (PSM-1)

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in global rollouts and working with multinational organizations.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Database and SQL Developer.
