Project Manager HVAC

Notre client est une entreprise reconnue dans le secteur HVAC, spécialisée dans des solutions techniques sur mesure pour les bâtiments tertiaires (bureaux, écoles, hôpitaux, bâtiments publics).

Dans le cadre du renforcement de son département Exécution, il recherche un(e) Project Manager HVAC pour piloter des chantiers techniques à forte valeur ajoutée.

Votre rôle

En tant que Project Manager, vous êtes responsable de la bonne exécution des chantiers HVAC, de la phase de préparation jusqu'à la livraison, en garantissant le respect des délais, budgets et standards de qualité. Vous jouez un rôle central de coordination entre les équipes de pose, les sous-traitants, les fournisseurs et les clients.

Vos responsabilités

  • Analyser les dossiers projets (plans, cahiers des charges, dossiers techniques)
  • Préparer et planifier l'exécution des chantiers HVAC
  • Organiser et coordonner les équipes de pose et les sous-traitants
  • Assurer la logistique des matériaux et équipements
  • Suivre l'avancement technique et financier des projets
  • Identifier les écarts et proposer des actions correctives
  • Être l'interlocuteur terrain du client et des partenaires
  • Veiller au respect des normes de sécurité et procédures (VCA)
  • Rédiger les comptes rendus et assurer un reporting régulier

Profil recherché

  • Formation technique en HVAC / CVC / techniques du bâtiment
  • Première expérience en gestion de chantiers ou projets techniques (junior accepté)
  • Capacité à lire et interpréter des plans techniques
  • Connaissances de base en hydraulique
  • Aisance dans la coordination d'équipes et la communication client
  • Organisé(e), rigoureux(se), orienté(e) solutions
  • Maîtrise de la suite Office
