Mission

VOTRE FUTUR

Nous cherchons à renforcer l'équipe spécialisée auprès du secteur de l'Assurance, en particulier dans les domaines de l'assurance vie. Notre équipe accompagne les acteurs sur l'ensemble de la chaîne de valeur de l'assurance sur des missions de conseil orientées métier.

Vos responsabilités principales seront :

Pour nos clients :

Nous vous offrons la possibilité de contribuer aux projets de vos clients, en accompagnant les directions gnérales et métiers dans leurs transformations globales, sur des sujets variés.

· Etude des besoins clients

· Cadrage de projets

· Transformations des organisations, des processus et des outils

· Accompagnement du changement et transformation managériale

· Implémentation de directives européennes (DAC7, DORA…)

· Management de programmes stratégiques

En interne :

· Participer aux réponses aux appels d'offres et aux rendez-vous de prospection

· Contribuer à la production de contenus d'expertise (podcasts, focus, articles, interviews et tables rondes)

· Devenir référent d'un ou plusieurs consultant(s) : accompagner dans l'évolution de carrière au sein du groupe

Profile

VOS TALENTS

● Diplômé d'une formation Bac+5 d'études supérieures en école de commerce, école d'ingénieurs ou université.

● Vous bénéficiez d'une expérience d'au moins 4 ans acquise en cabinet de conseil en management et/ou dans le secteur de l'assurance

● Vous souhaitez être un acteur impliqué des changements de l'économie et voulez contribuer activement aux évolutions du secteur assurantiel.

● Vous souhaitez adopter une approche orientée business pour être un acteur de la relation client et contribuer à la croissance du cabinet en participant à l'élaboration de propositions commerciales et aux soutenances

● Doté d'un fort esprit d'équipe, vous souhaitez contribuer au développement du cabinet et à la vie sectorielle, ainsi qu'à notre politique de publication sur le secteur de l'assurance, en rédigeant des notes de conjoncture, en réalisant des benchmarks, en élaborant des offres et en présentant des analyses sectorielles.

● Rigoureux dans la réalisation de vos objectifs, vous disposez de bonnes capacités organisationnelles et de gestion du temps. Vous avez la culture de l'engagement, l'esprit d'équipe et vous partagez les valeurs de Square (humilité, pragmatisme, ambition, mouvement)

● Vous maîtrisez un anglais courant
