Die Société Electrique de l'Our (SEO) betreibt das Pumpspeicherkraftwerk in Vianden, das ein integraler Bestandteil des europäischen Verbundsystems ist. Das Kraftwerk leistet einen bedeutenden Beitrag zur Leistungs- und Frequenzregelung sowie zur Spannungsstabilisierung im europäischen Stromnetz. Dank seiner hohen Verfügbarkeit stellt es zudem eine wertvolle Reservekapazität dar und trägt somit maßgeblich zur Versorgungssicherheit in Europa bei.

Einen IT/OT Netzwerk-&Security Ingenieur (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:
Sie sorgen für den sicheren und stabilen Betrieb unserer hybriden IT- und OT-Netzwerke.
Mit Ihrem Know-how schützen Sie unsere kritische Infrastruktur und gestalten die Zukunft unseres Unternehmens aktiv mit.
- Design, Betrieb und Absicherung von IT- und OT-Netzwerken (Switching, Routing, Firewalls, VPN, Segmentierung)
- Umsetzung von Sicherheitsmaßnahmen (Hardening, Patch-Management, Schwachstellenmanagement, ZeroTrust, Vulnerability-Management)
- Monitoring und Analyse (Netzwerk-Performance, Logging, SIEM, SOC)
- Unterstützung bei Compliance (ISO 27001, NIS2, IEC62443) und Audits
- Erstellung und Pflege von Netzwerkdokumentationen und Standards in einer hybriden Umgebung
- Zusammenarbeit mit IT, OT, Produktion, Compliance und Management
- Automatisierung & Scripting
- Mitarbeit und Leitung von Projekten (z. B. DMZ-Erneuerung, Firewall-Migration
Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Netzwerk- und Security-Umfeld (IT & OT)
- Praktische Erfahrung mit Segmentierung, Resilienz und ISMS (ISO 27001)
- Kenntnisse in ITIL-Prozessen, NIS2-Anforderungen, GRC und Projektmanagement
- OT-Know-how: spezifische Kenntnisse in industriellen Protokollen (Modbus, OPC UA) sind von Vorteil
- Kommunikationsstärke und Teamgeist
- Proaktive Problemlösung, Fähigkeit zur Priorisierung in kritischen Situationen
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, Kenntnisse der luxemburgischen und französischen Sprache sind von Vorteil
