Missions :

  • M365 administration 
  • Implement reporting and monitoring solutions
  • Automation of recurring tasks/processes/configurations
  • Participate in the finalization and adaptation of our M365 governance system
  • Working closely with the other M365 admin teams
  • Troubleshoot M365 issues Operational Security, Maintenance and Governance 
  • Contribute to the development and documentation of procedures, projects and future operations, participation in development of EC M365 infrastructure 
  • Ensure compliance of the whole M365 tenant with approved standards and internal policies and procedures

Knowledge and skills :

  • Proven hands-on experience in design, configuration and administration of M365 environment, and related services – AD services, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams etc
  • Knowledge of information security best practices in administration of M365 services 
  • Collaborative approach with hands on attitude 
  • General knowledge of networking 
  • Capability to speak to and interface with business and technical audiences 
  • Capability to write clear and structured technical documents 
  • Ability to articulate solutions to non-technical employees/customer

Profile :

  • Proven experience administering O365 or M365
  • Microsoft Certifications in Azure Cloud Service Offerings are a plus, especially M365
  • System engineer expertise with knowledge of on premise AD and/or Exchange server
