- Management of your own portfolio of SPVs in the areas of credit, real estate and private equity
- Ongoing day-to-day legal support for your client portfolio from incorporation to liquidation
- Ensuring an in-depth knowledge of your client files and of company secretarial operations
- Preparing and leading board and shareholders´ meetings
- Liaising closely with notaries and international law firms
- Staying informed about legal and regulatory developments in Luxembourg
- Participate in cross-departmental projects (e.g. transfer pricing, DAC 6)
- Ensuring updates and correctness of registers
- Ensuring services are delivered with quality, accuracy and in a timely manner
- You hold an university degree in Law
- You have at least 5 years of relevant experience as a Legal Counsel or in a similar role
- You have a sound knowledge of Luxembourg corporate law
- You have the ability to provide efficient, timely and courteous service to our clients
- You always take a solution oriented approach to resolving problems
- You have the capacity and affinity to work in an international and teamwork-orientated environment
- You are fluent in English
