A propos de la mission

Nous recherchons un(e) professionnel(le) expérimenté(e) pour assurer la gestion, la coordination et l'exécution des tests dans le cadre d'un programme stratégique de développement d'application mobile et de son système de notifications.

Vous interviendrez à la fois comme Test Manager et Analyste de Test, avec une approche opérationnelle et proactive. Votre rôle consistera à définir et mettre à jour la stratégie de test, administrer les outils, organiser les campagnes, piloter les tests UAT et assurer la qualité globale des livrables.

Vous serez également impliqué(e) dans l'analyse des besoins, la conception et l'exécution des cas de test détaillés, ainsi que dans la gestion des anomalies et l'amélioration continue des processus.

Ce que nous attendons de vous

Responsabilités clés :

  • Définir et mettre à jour la stratégie de test du programme et la faire valider par les parties prenantes.
  • Paramétrer, administrer et garantir une utilisation cohérente d'Azure DevOps pour la gestion des tests et anomalies.
  • Organiser, planifier et superviser les campagnes de tests, en assurant l'alignement des plannings et la gestion des dépendances.
  • Vérifier les preuves de test fournies par les prestataires et suivre l'avancement des tests (revue des plans, suivi d'exécution, validation des anomalies).
  • Piloter les tests UAT : préparation des utilisateurs, définition des scénarios, consolidation des résultats et intégration des retours.
  • Concevoir, documenter et exécuter des cas de test complets pour le périmètre critique (Notification Management System).
  • Analyser les besoins fonctionnels et techniques, identifier les risques et proposer des tests adaptés.
  • Assurer le suivi qualité, produire des rapports et tableaux de bord, rédiger les PV de test.
  • Animer les instances de test et coordonner les équipes internes, externes et métier.
  • Proposer des axes d'amélioration pour les processus et livrables de test.

Compétences et expérience requises :

  • Minimum 10 ans d'expérience en test logiciel, dont une expertise confirmée sur les applications mobiles complexes.
  • Maîtrise des techniques de test et de la gestion des anomalies.
  • Excellente connaissance d'Azure DevOps (test plans, test suites, test cases, bugs, dashboards).
  • Expérience en coordination de prestataires et pilotage UAT.
  • Capacité à analyser des logs techniques et à utiliser des outils comme Postman et Bruno.
  • Certifications ISTQB : Foundation requise, Mobile Application Testing appréciée.
  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais ; l'allemand et le luxembourgeois sont des atouts.
