Pour notre département Quality & Procedureau sein de LuxairServices, nous recherchons un(e):
Manager Training Airport Sevices (m/f)
Missions :
- Organiser, coordonner et planifier les tâches des formateurs de LuxairServices en collaboration avec le planning Department
- Animer les réunions training avec les managers afin d'identifier leurs besoins en formation et de les informer sur les nouveautés et assurer des formations training au besoin
- Garant de la réalisation du plan de formation à travers des indicateurs de training en apportant/proposant les mesures correctives nécessaires en cas de dérive
- Proposer et améliorer le fonctionnement du service (nouveau outils, formation spécifique, …)
- Suivre les incidents qualités récurrents afin de détecter des améliorations à apporter au niveau de la formation et de la documentation.
- Prendre en compte, évaluer et mettre en place les demandes des compagnies tierces
- Rédiger, participer et s'assurer de la bonne mise à jour des documents de formation, des aides aux agents (guide, …), des procédures et instructions
- Faire des inspections sur le terrain afin de s'assurer de la bonne application des trainings pour les adapter/corriger si nécessaire en fonction des feedback du terrain
Suivre les mises à jour des systèmes et proposer des améliorations pour optimiser leur utilisation sur le terrain
Profil requis:
Critères minimaux requis pour le poste
- Etre détenteur diplôme de fin d'études secondaires au Luxembourg ou équivalent
- Maîtriser les outils bureautiques courants
- Avoir une bonne connaissance du monde opérationnel de l'aviation.
- Etre orienté clients et avoir une présentation soignée
- Maîtriser l'anglais, le français et/ou l'allemand (parlé & écrit)
Critères souhaités ou à acquérir
- Avoir des compétences pédagogiques et des capacités de communication orale et écrite
- Etre dynamique et disposer d'un sens de responsabilité et être résistant au stress
- Etre précis, organisé, patient et être à l'écoute des différents besoins
- Savoir travailler de manière autonome et en équipe dans le respect le plus strict des procédures en vigueur
Candidat idéal
- Toute autre langue sera considérée comme un atout notamment le Luxembourgeois.
