As part of the Tax department, the Corporate Secretary team ensures the integrity of our governance framework which is responsible for the efficient administration of our clients but also ensures compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements and implements decisions made by the board of directors/managers and/or shareholders.

Your contribution to our success
- Filling and amendments with the Trade and companies registers;
- Drafting and amending legal documentation for board and shareholders meetings;
- Drafting and amending various other legal documents (share register, proxies, convening notices);
- Updating KYC files (filling dedicated KYC forms with relevant information on the entities);
- Filing of documentation physically/electronically;
- Participation on the onboarding of a client (by filling in the DTT contracts or the request addressed to the internal acceptance teams);
- Legalization and/or apostillation of documents;
- Dispatch of correspondence by post or courier (in collaboration with the internal dedicated team);
- Preparation and circulation of legal documentation for signing; and
- Participation on board/shareholder meetings.
Your skills
- Hold a Bachelor`s degree in business law. A first experience would be considered as an asset.
- Fluent English language skills. German/French and/or any other language is considered an asset.
- Distinguish yourself by your organizational and communication skills, flexibility and the ability to work in a team.
