About the Team & Business Line:

Citco
Bank provides fully integrated transaction, deposit, foreign exchange and
credit facilities to our Fund Services and Governance Services clients.
Operating in strategic global centres Citco Bank provides access to
best-in-class process and technology.

As a core member of our Compliance team you will work closely
with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to minimize operational
risks and ensure our clients experience seamless delivery acrossbanking services.



Responsibilities

Your Role:

  • Maintain and enhance depositary procedures, review programs and checklists.
  • Involved in assessing the complexity of AIF strategies and determine how to apply oversight procedures appropriately to each AIF.
  • Evaluate Private Equity, Debt and Real Estate transactions and cash flows.
  • Obtain and assess legal documentation to fulfill depositary's ownership verification and record keeping duties.
  • Work with internal and external parties to resolve queries and escalate any issues.
  • Assist the on-site inspections of AIF administrators and sub-custodians.
  • Attend periodic client service meetings / board meetings.
  • Provide departmental reporting to management and participate in team development activities and ad-hoc projects.


Qualifications

About You:

  • You have a third level business / finance / legal qualification and a minimum of 3years operational experience in the alternative funds industry.
  • Experience working with some of the following assets classes - private equity, infrastructure, debt or real estate investment funds.
  • Display in depth knowledge of depositary duties and responsibilities.
  • Strong written and spoken English.
