Dans le cadre du renforcement de notre équipe, nous recherchons un.e. gestionnaire de sociétés souhaitant évoluer vers des missions à responsabilité, à la croisée du juridique et de l'administratif.

Depuis 1969, l'équipe de ParFi Group s'est bâti une réputation d'excellence et d'engagement dans le domaine des services professionnels comptables et fiduciaires au Luxembourg.

Nous offrons des services de comptabilité d'entreprise ou privée, de comptabilité consolidée, de services aux entreprises au quotidien, de secrétariat d'entreprise ou encore de paie.

Nous visons à construire des partenariats à long terme basés sur la confiance et le respect.

Vos missions

  • Gestion d'un portefeuille de clients, principalement constitué de sociétés financières, incluant tous les aspects de l'administration corporate,
  • Suivi de la documentation légale et mise à jour des dossiers,
  • Coordination avec les différents intervenants (notaires, avocats, banques, auditeurs, etc.),
  • Préparation et organisation des conseils d'administration et assemblées générales,
  • Participation aux missions de conformité, de KYC et de gouvernance.

Votre profil

  • 7 ans d'expérience en fiduciaire au Luxembourg ou dans une fonction similaire,
  • Bonne compréhension du secteur corporate luxembourgeois (acteurs, lois et réglementations),
  • Maitrise de l'anglais et du français. Toute autre langue sera considérée comme un atout,
  • Rigoureux et organisé, bonnes compétences en communication et proactivité.
