French-speaking Customer Support Specialist

Location: Greece (Remote option available once based in Greece)

Are you a fluent French speaker ready for a change of scenery without putting your career on hold?

Join our international team as a Customer Support Specialist, helping users while living in one of Europes most vibrant and sun-soaked countries: Greece. Whether youre a student, recent graduate, or just looking for your next adventure, this is your chance to level up both personally and professionally.

While the role is remote, youll need to relocate to Greece to get started and well help make that happen.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Support French-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email

  • Troubleshoot common product or service issues (dont worry, well train you)

  • Ensure smooth customer experiences and accurate records

  • Collaborate with a friendly, multicultural team

What You Bring

  • C2-level French and at least B2-level English

  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset

  • No previous experience needed just a willingness to learn
