At this role you will join the local Controlling team of Luxembourg where you will support the production plants in improving operational efficiency and cost control.

• Create monthly and annual reports, monitor key financial metrics and provide variance analysis against budget and forecasts

• Assist in production activity control to meet business and financial objectives

• Estimate cost using accounting models to help determine the price of production (cost center planning and activity price calculation)

• Conduct analysis and evaluation of business performance at both company and product levels, identifying improvement opportunities and assessing their impact on financial results

• Work with Management information systems to ensure accurate recording of financial results

• Provide financial support for decision making, qualifying the financial impact of alternative production options and capital investment decisions

• Support strategic projects, investment decisions, and pricing strategies.

• Ad hoc Analysis

• Bachelor or Master's Degree in Economics, Finance or similar

• A first experience (including internships) is a plus

• A first experience in SAP FI/CO is a plus

• Strong analysis and problem-solving skills

• High level of responsibility and reliability

• Ability to see beyond the current state and create new, well-defined processes

• Fluent level of French and English is required. German is an asset
