Senior Treasury Manager (m/f/d)

As part of the establishment of our new business activities in Luxembourg, you as – Senior Treasury Manager will ensuring prudent liquidity and funding, invest surplus liquidity, manage market risks and treasury activities in compliance with CSSF regulations, CRR/CRD IV requirements, EMIR and MifiD.
Your responsibilities:
Develop and execute treasury and liquidity strategies: Establish and enhance treasury processes, manage liquidity to meet LCR and NSFR requirements, and oversee short- and long-term funding plans including intra-group and external financing.Cash and collateral management: Oversee daily cash positioning, optimize collateral and liquidity buffers, validate and control short- and medium-term cash and liquidity forecasts, and approve rebalancing measures.Treasury risk management: Identify, measure, and monitor treasury-related risks (interest rate, FX, funding, concentration, counterparty), including adherence to the Contingency Funding Plan and stress-testing framework.Investment strategy: Define and propose investment strategies aligned with the Treasury Policy and risk appetite.Regulatory compliance: Ensure compliance with CSSF guidelines, CRR/CRD IV, and other applicable EU/EFTA regulations, embedding regulatory changes into treasury processes.Process optimization and digitalization: Drive process improvements, automation, and digital transformation of treasury operations.Your profile:
Education and professional experience: Completed Master's degree in Business Administration (focus on banking, finance, or similar) with extensive experience in treasury, finance, and risk management within regulated CRR institutions.Analytical and strategic skills: Strong independent working style, excellent analytical thinking, and high business acumen with the ability to develop and implement practical strategies and concepts.Industry knowledge: Experience in the payment services industry is an advantage.Project management: Proven experience in managing and executing projects successfully.Languages: Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.-
